In this post, I’m sharing everything you need to know about The Kincaid House. Where it’s located, what the venue offers, and why it’s such a lovely choice for couples who want a meaningful, memorable setting.

Where Is The Kincaid House?

The Kincaid House is nestled in Clinton, Tennessee, just about 30 minutes from downtown Knoxville. It’s close enough for your guests to make an easy day trip, yet far enough to give your wedding day a sense of peaceful privacy. The estate sits on four beautifully manicured acres, surrounded by lush gardens and historic charm that instantly sets the tone for an intimate, elegant celebration.

A Touch of History & Southern Charm

Built in the 1930s, The Kincaid House was designed in the Dutch Colonial style by Knoxville’s renowned architects Barber McMurry. With ivy-covered stone walls, arched garden gates, and that signature Southern warmth, the entire property feels like a hidden gem. You’ll find everything from winding stone paths and a bubbling fountain to a darling gazebo. Each corner of the estate feels tailored for timeless wedding photos and romantic moments. It seriously feels like stepping into a storybook, and the photos never disappoint!

Whether you’re planning a full wedding day or a cozy elopement, The Kincaid House offers flexible packages to suit your vision.

Couples booking the Platinum Package receive full access to the property for 12 hours, typically from 11AM to 11PM. That includes use of the gardens, gazebo, historic home, and covered courtyard. As well as bistro lighting, tables and chairs, and on-site coordination to help your day flow smoothly. In addition, there’s a private bridal suite, a groom’s lounge, and plenty of photo-worthy corners inside and out.

For smaller gatherings, their weekday and micro-wedding options offer a more intimate experience without sacrificing style. You still get access to the estate’s beauty, along with the essentials: elegant spaces, getting-ready areas, and dedicated time for portraits.
